ns-3.30 released

Tom Henderson-2
I have just posted the ns-3.30 release, available from the usual location:

https://www.nsnam.org/releases/ns-3-30/

This release is due to the work of 28 contributors, listed on the
Authors page at the above link.  This release contains extensive work on
the LTE and Wi-Fi modules, including refactoring to prepare for the new
standards of 5G NR and 802.11ax, respectively.  Additional features for
LTE include radio link failure modeling and enhanced EPC, RRC, and
backhaul models.  A preamble detection model now exists for Wi-Fi, and a
Cobalt queue disc model has been added to the traffic-control module.
The release also contains extensive small improvements listed in the
release notes linked above.
