Hi
I want to simulate a scenario in ns2. How cars vs buses, troms, bus, truck will be simulate through ns2 simulation even their speeds per hour are different.

1) There is a suggestion here https://www.researchgate.net/post/nodes_movement_in_NS-2
>> @Ilayaraja Shanmugam →
»» You can enable the mobility in ns-2 by using example command like this:
... Syntax is

object at time "node number setdest x position y position speed"
$ns_ at 2.0 "$node_(4) setdest 300.0 400.0 50.0" ««

default_bus

...... etc. etc. suggestions .....

Thanks for reply, dear but i am still not getting the point......

if there is a multicast set of 10 vehicles. Each multicast set consist of different vehicles. e.g. 4 cars, 3 jeep and 4 buses and highway scenario. i want to simulate a one multicast protocol with ns2 whose source code is available. and get their results in graph.
thats what i want..

please help with details...
