TCP SACK and LEDBAT

I would like to suggest also that we try to merge SACK and LEDBAT
support by the end of the month, so this is a last call this week for
any comments:

SACK:  https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2248
LEDBAT:  https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2573

Hi,

I have updated my branch tcp-sack with the latest improvements and bug
fixing. I also have rebased and reworked all my commits, in order to
provide a sound patchset to apply on top of the master branch. Please
check it out, as soon as possible I'd like to merge it (then don't blame
me for bugs :-D)

Hi,

as you may have noticed I pushed the TCP SACK. Please, do experiments
and report any error.

Thank you!

Nat, thank you for making the final push to include SACK in our native
TCP model; thanks are also due to Adrian Tam and Anh Nguyen who
initiated this work a few years back.
