In this phase, along with my desired goals, I had to do some of the works
on the base mobile MIPv6 implementation which I have submitted in phase 1.
It is the request from the esteemed reviewers. So, I prioritize it first
over the LTE IPv6 part. Also, the LTE maintainers did not response against
the following bug:
which is saying LteUeNetDevice has a null MAC address. So, I complete the
modification of existing .cc and .h files of lte module to enable IPv6 in
LTE, but, I am slipping slightly from the other goals and still finalizing
the MIPv6 module and working on LTE IPv6 part. But, soon, I could send the
code of the base MIPv6 and the lte ipv6 for review.
